The free tools
The AI readiness scorecard, action plans, checklists and playbooks are general guidance, not professional advice for your specific situation. Check anything important before you act on it.
AI-written action plans can contain mistakes. Treat them as a starting point for a conversation, not a final answer.
Numbers on this site
Results shown on this site are ranges from real client work. We don't name clients because we work as part of their team. Your results depend on your business, tools and how the work is set up, so we put your targets in writing before any project starts. Names in on-screen examples (like the approval queue) are made up.
Paid work
Projects and retainers are covered by a separate written agreement with scope, price and timeline. If that agreement says something different from this page, the agreement wins.

You're welcome to share and quote our playbooks and articles with a link back. Please don't republish them in full or pass them off as your own.
Liability
We provide this site and its free tools as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using them. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
