What we collect when you use this site, why, and how to get it deleted. Short version: only what you give us, only to help you, never sold.
What we collect
What you type into our forms: your name, email, company and message on the contact and audit forms; your email for the newsletter; your answers, business description and email on the AI readiness scorecard.
How you use the site: pages viewed, rough location, device and browser, through Google Analytics. We don't run ad pixels or sell audiences.
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks you're a person. Cloudflare sees basic browser signals to do that.
What we do with it
Reply to you, send what you asked for (an action plan, a checklist, the newsletter) and follow up about working together.
When you use the AI readiness scorecard, your answers are sent to an AI model, through our hosting provider's AI service, to write your action plan. We keep the plan so we can talk it through with you.
We never sell your information and never use it to train AI models.
Who else touches it
Only the services that run the site: Supabase (database), our hosting provider (hosting, email sending and the AI service above), Google Analytics and Cloudflare. Each handles data only to provide its service.
Some of these services store data outside Canada, including the United States.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and action plans: up to 24 months after our last conversation, then deleted. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (every email tells you how to unsubscribe). Analytics: Google's standard 14 months.
Your choices
Email hello@valioradagency.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.
If you're in the EU, UK or California you have the same rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. In Canada, that's the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
